Jay Lindsay is a pianist, organist and composer based in New Haven. He performs frequently as a solo concert organist and accompanist throughout Connecticut. He holds a B.Mus from the Hartt School of Music in Hartford, CT and an M.Mus from the
Peabody Institute of Music in Baltimore, MD. Jay is the music director at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Wallingford where his responsibilities include playing the organ and directing the adult and youth choirs. In addition he maintains a piano teaching studio
from his home where he teaches students of all ages and skill levels. When not making music, Jay enjoys tinkering with electronics, reading comic books, roasting coffee, and taking hikes with his dog, Gus, and cat, Maurice.
