Jaci Giammattei is a certified music educator currently working at North Branford Intermediate School as the Choral Director. Jaci’s musical education started when she was in the 4th grade with private piano lessons. In 2006, Jaci graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education with a focus in Opera from Western Connecticut State University. Throughout her career in music education, she has worked closely with Yale School of Music through the Music in the Schools initiative. She also worked as a select member of the CT Arts Standards Team which was critical in the implementation of the National Core Arts Standards for CT schools. In 2010, Jaci graduated with a Master’s in Interdisciplinary Special Education and certification. With this degree, Jaci has been able to incorporate the different techniques for students of all abilities into her music program, making it diverse and learning focused. 

Jaci also owns Studio G Music Instruction in North Branford. Studio G teaches private voice, piano, and band instrument lessons. In her career, Jaci has seen many students participate in the CT Southern Region auditions and festivals, All-State auditions and festivals, and the annual New London Piano Festival. Jaci is pleased and honored to continue to work within the traditions of the Branford Chorale as their new music director while bringing a new flare to the program.

Bill Speed is the Director of Music Ministries at the First Congregational Church of Guilford where he makes music with singers, handbell choirs, instrumentalists, and the UCC Congregation. Bill was seen at the Legacy Theatre production of "Musical of Musicals," and in cabaret performances in Ivorytown and Guilford. Bill lives in Guilford with his partner Michael and their Dalmatian brothers, Winston and Harley.
